International shipping is charged by size and weight according to current USPS rates.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will normally be processed and
shipped 1-3 days once credit card authorization and verification has cleared.

A Message From Katherine Autin
Thank you for your support of our giving mission. A portion of every sale supports education, advocacy, and innovative programs for individuals living with Parkinson's disease and their family caregivers. I know only too well the complicated and difficult Parkinson's journey as I am a caregiver for my husband David who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 19 years ago. The Parkinson's community is my family.
Katherine provides advocacy and education to the Parkinson's and family caregiver community worldwide. She is a Parkinson's Expert and Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA). In 2018, she was one of the first in the country to be recognized nationally with this new healthcare designation. In 2004 her husband, John David was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. She has been devoting time to advocate for and educate people living with Parkinson's and their family caregivers about strategies to live better with this complicated disease and connect them with organizations who can help them.

What are your policies for returns and refunds?
We have a 15-day Love it or Return or Exchange it For Any Reason Policy. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee.
SPECIAL ORDERS and CLEARANCE items ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR
EXCHANGEABLE UNLESS YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS.
Our customers are part of our jewelry lover's family! We want you to be thrilled and happy with your magical one-of-a-kind wearable art jewelry purchase(s). For whatever reason you are not happy with your jewelry purchase(s), feel free to return them for any reason within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your jewelry.
Most of our jewelry designs are handmade and we are proud of the loving care we give to our one-of-a-kind jewelry creations.
PLEASE NOTE: The color of our natural gemstones, pearls, and our hand-enameled creations may vary slightly. We try very hard to show the true colors of our designs, however, your computer, tablet, or phone colors may be slightly different. When you purchase our one-only designs, you will receive the same
ones shown in the images.
To return an item, please:
1. Call us at 502-314-8307, or email us at Kat@katsjewelrymagic.com within fifteen(15) days of receipt of your package to let us know that you are returning the item(s) for refund or exchange, so that we can be looking for your return package to expedite the return process for you;
2. Return the item(s) in its original "new" or "original" pre-shipped condition, a copy of the receipt, and include all items that came with the item(s) in its original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in the exact same condition as when you received it with no visible scratches, or damage. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
3. Insure the package with the return item(s). We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within three (3) days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the

European Union 14 day cooling off period. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the
European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be
in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
