Shipping policy
- We offer FREE U.S. shipping for orders $69 and above. Orders under $69 for contiguous United States addresses ship for a flat rate of $6.99 through the United States Postal Service. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and American Territories ship for a flat rate of $10.00.
- International shipping is charged by size and weight according to current USPS rates.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will normally be processed and shipped 1-3 days once credit card authorization and verification has cleared.
- Orders are shipped to the addresses provided by customers. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address. Kat's Jewelry Magic, LLC is not responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect shipping address. If the order is returned to Kat's Jewelry Magic, LLC due to an invalid customer's shipping address, the customer is responsible for shipping fees to resend to a corrected address. The shipping fee must be paid before the returned order is shipped to customer's corrected address.
- We strongly suggest you consider adding optional insurance to your orders. Kat's Jewelry Magic, LLC is not responsible for shipping service errors, or lost, or stolen packages during transit. Once we ship your orders out of our location, the shipping service is responsible for the package.
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
PLEASE NOTE: All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent USPS Parcel Select. Military handling and shipping time may take up to 45 days. We have no control over the delayed arrivals.
