We have a 30-day Love it or Return or Exchange it For Any Reason Policy.
Our customers are part of our jewelry lover's family! We hope you are thrilled and happy with your magical one-of-a-kind wearable art jewelry purchase(s). For whatever reason you are not thrilled with your jewelry purchase(s), feel free to return them for any reason within thirty (30) days of receipt of your jewelry. We DO NOT charge restocking fees. Customer pays return shipping.
Exceptions / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
SPECIAL ORDERS and CLEARANCE items ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE UNLESS YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS.
Most of our jewelry designs are handmade and we are proud of the loving care we give to our one-of-a-kind wearable art creations.
PLEASE NOTE: The color of our natural gemstones, pearls, and our hand-enameled creations may vary slightly. We try very hard to show the true colors of our designs, however, your computer, tablet, or phone colors may be slightly different. When you purchase our one-only designs, you will receive the same ones shown in the images.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To return an item, please:
1. Call us at 502-314-8307, or email us at kat@katsjewelrymagic.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of your package to let us know that you are returning the item(s) for refund or exchange, so that we can be looking for your return package to expedite the return process for you;
2. Return the item(s) in its original "new" or "original" pre-shipped condition, a copy of the receipt, and include all items that came with the item(s) in its original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in the exact same condition as when you received it with no visible scratches, or damage. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
3. Insure the package with the return item(s). We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please Note: Shipping charges and insurance are not refundable.
4. Put a note inside the package to let us know if you would like a refund or credit in our store.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within seven (7) days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will gladly replace the item if available, or exchange it for a design of your choosing, or you can choose to request a refund or credit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How Will I Know If My Return is Approved?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This will normally take 2 days from the time we receive the returned item(s). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you don't see your credit, please contact your credit card company, or bank.
